Oh this would be fun to read. I don't know about the 'something completely unexpected' bit, but Wade and Steve reminiscing about their military days. Wade and Clint trading horribly escalating human disaster stories. Wade and Natasha comparing assassin notes and discovering they were in the same hotel in the same country at the same time working toward two completely unrelated goals. Bruce staying far the fuck away from Wade until they run into each other and wind up having a very interesting discussion over tea about the different countries they've been to and their traditions toward (topic of interest). Wade happening by while Wanda's about to have a breakdown over being imprisoned and tortured and losing everyone she loves and helping her get through a panic attack. Wade and Scott gushing to each other about Ellie and Cassie. Wade and Bucky start off talking guns and end up talking about what it's like to not live in constant distrust of your own brain. Wade and Sam start off talking about Steve and Bucky and end up trading baking tips for really great muffins.
