A supervillain drugs Tony and makes him rape Peter

All of the overly complicated attempts to kill Tony over the years have failed, but the newbie villain on the block used to work in PR, and he has a different idea on how to take Tony down: destroy his reputation by hitting him with a cocktail of drugs that'll make him desperately fuck the nearest person, make sure that person is Spider-man, record everything and spew it all over the internet.

Sure, it won't kill him, but it'll make him wish he was dead and effectively ruin his reputation not just in NY, but everywhere on Earth.
